Our Older members and members at higher risk
You are loved by your church family and we want to help.  Several members of the congregation are willing to do your shopping and deliver groceries and prescriptions directly to your door.  If you have a need, please contact MATT LOWE or the CHURCH OFFICE
WE NEED VOLUNTEERS.  In these challenging times, our community needs us more than ever.  The NCCOC is continuing as many outreach programs as possible, including food distribution and the backpack program.  Rod is working with state and local agencies to make sure we are moving forward in the safest, most responsible way possible.  If you are healthy and at low risk, please consider reaching out to ROD STOCKDALE or the CHURCH OFFICE to find out how you can help today!

Praying First

Go to God as your first priority, not your last resort. We believe God is working supernaturally while we are working naturally.

Holy and Gracious Father,
You are our Deliverer! We proclaim today that we will put our trust in You, no matter the situation. God, we trust in Your love for us because we know You are good. Even when our hearts are afraid, we will stand in courage because You are our strong tower and place of refuge.  Father, we ask for Your protection and blessing on our families, our neighbors, our country and our world. Guard our hearts and minds and give us peace.

In Jesus’ name,

Filling Our Hearts with God’s Word

God’s Word is the unshakable foundation for our lives. Scripture speaks truth when the world around us tells us to panic. It is our source of wisdom, comfort, and faith. It helps defines our current reality and illuminate our path forward.

“When you lie down, you will not be afraid; when you lie down,
your sleep will be sweet.
Have no fear of sudden disaster
or of the ruin that overtakes the wicked,
for the Lord will be at your side
and will keep your foot from being snared.”

Increasing Generosity

God’s people don’t shrink from difficult times, instead, we move forward in faith believing that God uses our increased generosity to meet needs and shine a light of hope into the darkness people around us are experiencing. Our goal as a Church family is to glorify Jesus and show Him to others.

One of the biggest ways you can help is to automate your giving. Set up recurring giving so that no matter how often we are able to gather, God’s work can continue

Look for ways to step out and bless the people around you:

  • Who is anxious? How can you safely connect with them?

  • Who is directly affected by these events?

  • Is there anyone in your world who can’t travel home?

  • Lost their regular work?

  • Is there anyone living alone?
