Set up will be Friday, October 5th from 10 AM4 PM. Vendors may also choose to set up on Saturday morning. Doors will open for this purpose at 7 AM. Please do not leave early on Saturday, October 6th or break down your space before the close of the show on Saturday. Help is provided during setup and breakdown by our congregation’s teen volunteers.


Exhibitors are required to check in upon arrival. Donation items will be collected at the time of check-in/set-up on Friday evening. Vendors will be shown their space. All prevalent information (menus, additional information, etc) will be located in your space.


Food will be available for purchase throughout the show. The cost of food is NOT included in your fee. Food delivery will be provided to your booth at the show.


You may leave your display up overnight. The building and show venue space will be locked and the building is equipped with an alarm system. However, NCCOC is not liable for lost or stolen items! Please remember to keep your display up for the entirety of the show.



NO alcohol is permitted in the building or on NCCOC grounds. No smoking in the building at any time. NO EXCEPTIONS!


Booth Rental Rate:

The price for one six-foot table is $25.00, with electricity is $30.00.

The price for one eight foot table is $35.00, with electricity is $40.00

If additional table space is desired, a second six-foot table space is available for purchase for $15.00 or an eight-foot table for $20.00. Limit ONE additional table space per vendor.

Booth location is based on a first response basis.

Deadline for applications is September 8th or until all booth spaces are filled.


It is very important that you label your products, provide business cards, and hang a sign to identify your booth’s name. Please be aware that NO signs or decoration may be hung from the ceiling per North Canton City regulations.


We ask that each vendor make an item donation to the NCCOC Craft Show raffle. We have a suggested value of $20. A raffle will be announced throughout the event. Each item is raffled off individually – Please take this into consideration when selecting your item. No gift cards, please.

Vendors may play music softly at their booth as long as it does not disrupt the vendors around

them. NCCOC Craft Show will be playing music through the building’s speaker system.

First Aid:

If anyone is in need of medical attention, we ask that you immediately notify the information/check-in table. A first aid kit is available and local authorities will be contacted as the need arises.


Have a fellow craft person commit to the 2020 show and receive $5 off your booth rental for this year’s show (limit of 3 per show). Please have vendors give your name at the time of registration.

Fire/Open Flames:

No open flames are allowed inside the building at any time. Please also refrain from burning incents inside the building in accordance with our local fire code. We ask that you always be aware of the vendors around you.

Your application must be accompanied by the rental fee payment. NO BOOTHS WILL BE RESERVED WITHOUT FULL PAYMENT! Checks should be made out to North Canton Church of Christ (NCCOC).

There will be NO refunds given for cancellations.
