Dear Youth Worker:

 

         Renovate Work Camp 2010 is rapidly approaching.  The camp will be held July 25-30.  This year the theme is “Give It Up” based on Romans 12:1-2. 

        

         We’re excited to have David Ray as our keynote speaker.  EVE will be providing comedy each night and Scott Perrault from Louisville Church of Christ will be our worship leader.

 

         The registration fee this year will be $65 per teen and $35 per adult.  A family discount will be given – the cost will be $55.00 per teen where there are 2 or more from one family. (There will be a $25 late fee charge to those who do not register by the deadline.)  This cost covers food, housing, lodging, banquet and a T-shirt. It is imperative that your registration information must be postmarked no later than July 1 in order to be on time.  This includes all registration forms, group registration form, transportation sheet, medical forms for teens and adults and payment.   All forms will be available on-line at northcantonchurch.org.  Because of facilities and logistics, we can only accept 200 people, and we will cut registration off after the first 200.  So, don’t wait.  NOTE:  Because of the number of people wanting to come to work camp, it is very important for you to get your registration information in as soon as possible.  Late registration is strongly discouraged and we will not be able to accommodate special requests (i.e. housing and crew re-assignments) after the registration deadline.  We realize that this might be inconvenient, but we praise God that there are so many interested in coming that this step is necessary.

 

         The following forms are enclosed and must be must be completely filled out and postmarked by July 1.  If ANY of these forms are missing information, the late registration fee of $25.00 WILL be applied.

         Once we have received your registration forms, we will send you some information regarding housing, Work Camp rules, activities for the evenings, schedules, and more details that will be helpful to you and your group before you get to Work Camp.

 

         Work Camp will end on Friday morning.  Breakfast will be served on Friday morning, and then we will work as a group to clean up the dorms and put the campus back in order.  Everyone should be able to leave no later than 11:00 a.m.

         Please begin now to keep Work Camp 2010 in your prayers, praying for the safety of those traveling and also good weather for the week.  Please be sure to have all your registration information (group form, crew assignment form, transportation sheet, individual registration forms, medical forms and payment) postmarked by July 1.  May God bless you far beyond your imagination as you work diligently at one of the most important jobs in the world—influencing the lives of teens in the name of Christ.
